Aptimized understands that the success of any organization is attributed to its people: our partners, our clients, and our taem.

We view our suppliers as partners, and we expect them to make a fair return when they do business with us. We try to treat them equally, based on objective criteria such as price and quality as well as on intangible criteria such as their integrity and reliability. We do not accept gifts or gratuities from either current or would-be suppliers; we do not accept gifts or gratuities from other parties interested in doing business with us for being in our favor for personal or commercial reasons. Likewise, we don’t ever give money or gifts to gain influence for ourselves or for Aptimized. We may give and receive gifts or entertainment of small value if they don't compromise us or the company, and if they’re disclosed. Above all, we value transparency. We respect all patents, trademarks, copyrights, proprietary information or trade secrets, as well as the confidentiality of anyone with whom we do business.

Our Culture

We believe our company should include a range of people from different backgrounds and different points of view. So, when we hire someone to come to work at Aptimized, we choose the best candidate without regard for gender, age, race, national origin, religion, disability or sexual orientation. These differences in backgrounds contribute to the diversity of thought that guarantees approaching a solution in a multifaceted way. We apply that same standard when choosing suppliers, partners and anyone else we do business with. People working with us can expect adequate pay for doing their job and special rewards for extraordinary work. They can also expect training, feedback, and a safe, amenable place to work with freedom from bullying, harassment or favoritism as well as respect for their privacy, dignity and life outside work. We do our best to communicate honestly and openly with everyone who has an interest in our company, including colleagues, suppliers, customers, and shareholders.

Diversity, Equality, & Inclusion Policy

Aptimized is committed to creating a collaborative environment by fostering a culture of diversity, equality, and inclusion.  We understand that each employee offers a unique value to our company. Collectively, our employees’ individual differences, life experiences, and innovative talents make up significant parts of our reputation and culture. For example, we are proud supporters of the LGBTQA+ community as well as every person’s rightful pursuit of happiness in the lives they choose.

We are proud of the strength of diversity we enjoy in terms of age, ethnicity, family / marital status, gender identity / expression, language, national origin, physical / mental ability, political affiliation, religion, socio-economic status, veteran status, and other characteristics that make our employees unique.

Aptimized diversity policies are applicable, but not limited to our recruitment and interview process, compensation and benefits, professional development and training, workforce reductions, terminations, and the continuation of an environment that perpetually grows in support of every employee’s wellbeing.

Our team promises to continue:

  • Respectful communication between all members of our staff.
  • Maintain annual diversity training to ensure all members are enhancing their knowledge.
  • Work/life balance through flexible work schedules to accommodate employees’ varying needs.
  • Employer and employee contributions to the communities we serve to promote a greater society through service and mutual understanding.

Aptimized employees have a priority to treat everyone with dignity and respect both in work and their home life. We expect all employees to exhibit this respect during work hours in the office or off-site at company sponsored outings.

If any of our team members are found to have exhibited any inappropriate conduct or behavior against others, they may be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with applicable law.

We encourage all our employees who believe they have been subjected to any kind of discrimination in the workplace to seek assistance from a supervisor or HR representative.
